Shipping Information

Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days from date of purchase. If you require any changes to your order, please contact us at info@heyheyandco.com with your order number within 24 hours of order placement. Please make sure your shipping information is correct, as HeyHey & Co. cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped. All import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, tariffs, etc. required by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Note: Studio wholesale orders, please allow 2 weeks for processing, depending on the size of the order

Transit Times

Within Canada: Allow for 3 - 7 business days for standard delivery. Please note that additional time is required if shipping to a rural postal code.

USA Shipments (sent via small packet air): Allow 5 - 15 business days for delivery.

Return and Exchange: Terms and Conditions

  • Please email us prior to return of item(s).
  • Original invoice must accompany returned item(s) in order for refund to be processed.
  • Returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn to be accepted for a refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit card, or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
  • Return shipping fees are at purchaser’s expense.
  • All clearance items, custom orders, and hair accessories are final sale.
